Just received a call from Hilltop Ford that my truck was being unloaded as we spoke. I will be going to pick it up around 5 pm pacific time tomorrow the 13th! 14 months in limbo but they came through pictures will follow
Ok, finally in garage it’s a beauty,. Dealer try load up on me 10K of warranties. Talked them to $2500! But have not committed, I want one though because it’s a hybrid. New help and your thoughts on this.

Grander or Flood Ford, only buy the Ford ESP, I wouldn't trust anything else.

Should be around $1300 as mentioned for 8 year / 100k depending on the deductible you choose.

No, you can get ones that do but I think that is a losing proposition. Even if you do all your service at the dealer, I think you come out cheaper paying out of pocket than the maintenance portion. ( I do oil changes myself so never even considered that ) That adds a bit of cost too, your essentially prepaying things like oil changes for X amount of years so they can get pricy.

You can see ball park pricing here https://www.floodfordesp.com/ and also see maintenance plans, personally I would get a ballpark idea there then DM @Granger Ford to get in on their pricing, it should be a little lower. They charge $50 over their cost from Ford.

Here I punched in the info for you. This is for the premium care which is essentially everything but wear and tear items ( shocks, wiper blades, etc etc )

Also not 100% sure but I think I saw that Granger takes Ford Reward points, so that's like $200 savings right there if you haven't spent yours yet.

I am getting Free oil changes for life on mine. Have had the same thing on my 2012 Colorado. I have saved a lot over the past 11 years.

Probably a great deal for most, I tend not to trust shops for anything I am capable of doing myself. To many people happy to pass blame than take ownership of a mistake if something is screwed up.

Last vehicle I bout at 80k ran up to 230k and changed synthetic every ~10k miles or so myself, so being frugal maybe $800 over the lifetime of the vehicle. Dang the cost of ownership on that Toyota was cheap. didn't spend over $1200 in repairs or parts the entire time I owned it either. Most expensive part was the cat, and I had that swapped with a refurbed one for a few hundred back total around 110-120k. Redid the suspension around 190k myself, other than that no major repairs.
