Looks like a pretty good deal. I am thinking of adding a marine outlet in the back and using this to power some tools. What do you think?

Seems like a good match. Couldn't be used to power most tools directly. But the battery charger for my electric push mower peaks at 110w and all my other chargers are less.

140W would barely run a power tooth brush. 140W/110V = 1.3 AMPs
Look at your power tools Amp draw, it is a lot more than 1.3 AMPs

It won't power a small hand held vac, I think it more for just changing batteries.
