I would love to do something with my 2022 XL.
I thought it was only possible if you have a Lariat with Sync3. I've seen those videos on YouTube. There is also a site that sells a kit from a transit for the Lariat only, to upgrade from 3 to 4. It has some really bad reviews. I was under the impression that you couldn't upgrade the XLT and XL.Yes:you have to build a harness , replace ACM and a new module, then a 2023 transit monitor. Now the fun begins

I am in no rush so I went with the 15-day shipping to save $100. If it goes well, I intend to do the same to my 2023 one, too.
I had not heard of them, but its interesting they use the exact same pictures (not the artist/title on the screen LOL). It makes me wonder if the one on my link is just reselling the one from your link now given the price difference, too. I will have to keep it in mind for when I do the 2023.

However, for mine, I would need this kit since mine came w/ SYNC 3: 2022-2024 Maverick Sync 3 to 4 Upgrade w/12" Display – Hellhorse Performance® Still cheaper through HellHorse, but even they need the VIN for programming for that particular kit - Note the page says " Sync 4 APIM comes pre-programmed to your truck!" and they do end up asking for the VIN.). I have since cancelled the original one and reordered through HH since its $850 cheaper

I just got another harness from him and the quality is factory

I went ahead and ordered it for my 2022 Hybrid.
A bit pricier than RONR11's at $500, but its supposed to be all new parts and a 1-year warranty. And they do pre-program it for your VIN.
Once it arrives, I will do the upgrade and post here about how it went.
