If you read the wikipedia page it is 2022 ecoboost so what would any normal person assume that trucks made 2022 or later had the 3rd gen engine. But you are correct the specs also tell the same story when you compare the bore / stroke ratios.

Dijectron cleans inside and outside the fuel injector and through the whole combustion chamber. At least that is their claim.

To original question I made a comment to use this to keep up the performance not knowing about the 3rd gen version of this engine.
Exact same products as Techron, Lucas, Seafoam to name but a few.

If your engine is needing such products and I think they do help dissolve or remove buildups in some cases like when a bad pcv valve needs changing, rare btw.

Or when a carbon canister is clogged due to people trying to click fill the gas tank several times just to get an extra half gallon in.

But to put them in our modern low mile(Below 150,000 mile) engines is asking for trouble. The nations fuel supply has plenty of additives already.

Now for the Oil additives,
Everyone should already know that our motor oil, Full syn and blends and roach oil ALL have an additive package already in the oil.
And even in the worst of server duty conditions that package lasts far longer than 90% of us run our oils.

Study,
New York City delivery vehicles, back In the day, Old Ford Rangers with the wimpy Ford V-6, I got this mil in my 2004 escape, it won’t get out if its own way but runs smooth as a V-8.

During a hot NYC summer, The study was how long the additive packages last.
The package was down to 20% (This Is where It is no longer effective) at 12,000 miles on the roach oil.
The blends, since most all blends are only 10% full synthetic, Betcha most didn't know that.
Blends were made to please the old geezers, I shit you not.

The additive package reached 20% at 12,000 on average across all six vehicles.

The Full Synthetic, I think they used Pennzoil,
The additive packaged depleted to 20% across all six vehicles at 17,000 miles.

SO I am almost done.

You add an oil additive, say a pint or God Forbid a quart, you just cut your oil and Its additive package by that much. a quart means 20% less oil.

Again,
TANSTAAFL ! RAH coined that phrase.
There ain't no such thing as a free lunch.

Don't use any of them, ever. I am going to remind you of my several 300,000 miles and one to 528,000 mile engines all trouble free.

Is that what Ford says?
Nope, Ford says to go by on board oil monitoring system or whatever it's called. Many people on here do an initial oil change after a few thousand miles. I did, but it's kind of an old school way of thinking. I definitely won't hurt.

Is that what Ford says?
I worked at Toyota factory in Kentucky in Powertrain for 25 years. Five years assembly, 10 years machining, and last 10 quality control. We would randomly pick an engine off each shift, run various tests, disassemble down to the crank, examine the parts, reassemble the next day then send it back to the line. At least once a week, the crank or con-rod bearings needed to be replaced due to scratches left by metal chips in the engine.
NO..that's not what Ford says, but for the cost of an early oil change, why roll the dice? As the saying goes "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure".
