Is My Order Tracker Broken or Confused?

I literally just posted this morning about my Maverick FX4 finally being built after being stuck in limbo for the couple of weeks. However, when I check it now, the status info went backwards. It now says my order is confirmed and once scheduled, you'll get a VIN, as if I just ordered the vehicle! WTF? Yet, the tracker still displays the scheduled week, in production, and built dates but with the dots not checked off for some reason. The only dot that's green is the very first one which is the order confirmation. So is the order tracker broken or confused? Because I am very confused. So is the truck built or did the order never go through? I feel like the system is experiencing technical difficulties but I'm wondering if anyone else that's waiting is experiencing this issue.

It happened to mine a few weeks ago. It's glitchy. Soon after that happened everything lit back up and said shipped. I wouldn't stress about it.

I experience the same thing ….. No worries, yes the tracker is broken. You are still ready to ship. The dealer should have your VIN #

Tracker busted up for me on Monday. When I click the link now it says the link is expired and won't load anything for me. emailed the dealer and they told me it was built and would ship soon but that's it. Can't figure out how to get the rail car so I guess I just sit and wait in the dark.

I have not been able to get it to even “load”… just times out. I guess I broke it checking mine after it said it “is in production”…

Mine did the same thing, marked as built and the back to ordered. Next day it was shipped.
