Interior squeaking when I drive + bad dealer visit. Anybody else?

And before Ford chimes in telling me to take it to a dealer, I just got an oil change done at the dealer and they left greasy oily prints all over my interior. This was done at Andy Shaw Ford in North Carolina.

Likely the windshield alignment pins hitting the body, especially if it sounds like something between squeaking and tapping.

As for the damage to your vehicle, I've had the same happen with Evergreen Ford in Issaquah, WA. Tell them this is unacceptable and make a scene. These disrespectful clowns don't understand how to react to anything else but lost revenue.

That is unacceptable, hope you made them clean up the mess they made; and then never use that dealer again

The area where you pick up the vehicle is dark and covered, so it wasn't really visible until I noticed it driving home in the sunlight.

I sent an email with pics, no response.

When my air bags were replaced and I got the truck home I noticed spots all over the area around the air bags on the interior roof. I was not up for driving it back and going thru the hassle of dealing with them after leaving it several days. I found that Tuff Stuff foam cleaner works really good on removing spots. Spray it on a microfiber towel, gently wipe it over the area and let it soak in for 30-60 seconds and wipe it firmly in one direction. It got over 90% of the finger prints and dirt off they put all over my interior roof.

No excuse. They should clean themselves off and protect the vehicle before they get in and touch anything. Seats, floor mats, and steering wheel covers should be standard practice and it sounds like this mechanic needs to be reminded where the wash station and pumice soap is before they get into customers vehicles.

Probably the dash. Take a strip of window screen rubber retainer rubber and push in between pillar and dash. Worked for my '22 Lariat.

2024 Lariet. My drivers sear makes a rachety noise and my dash board makes a thumping noise. I have not taken to the dealer yet. Just got another recall today.
