Customer service reps about a month ago had said that no more hybrid mavericks would be scheduled.

I'm using the whole salt shaker.

I would not be surprised. The timing is about right. But as you said, the chat and phone agents sometimes say three different things if you call or chat three times in a row within 3 minutes of each other. Seems a lot of the time what they say is just their opinion. Haha.

Yeah, and two weeks ago Ford told @fordvideoguy no more hybrids or lux packages would be scheduled for this model year. Then they proceeded to schedule hundreds or thousands of them.
