Infotainment system losing setup

I have configured the audio to display 6 pages of preset channels, but it resets to just 2 pages everytime the car is turned off.
Also the last played channel does not automatically load evertime the car is turned on, instead it resets to channel 0
Is this normal?

I had this problem a few months ago and it was fixed with a sync update. Use a USB drive if you can. Here’s a link to a thread about it:
