Infotainment Screen Modifications?

Using Google Maps for directions and 2/3 of my screen is map - but I've got that annoying Reuters box wasting 1/3 of my viewing are (well, maybe 2/5). Is there anyway to shut Reuters off to get a full screen map? TIA

Thanks for that! I tried doing it through the phones apps (android) but couldn't find Google Assistant or News Sources, and when I clicked on the Google App there was nothing listed for news. I will retry in the truck in the Android Auto app.
Initially when I searched the Forum I couldn't find any posts addressing the question, but AI did link me back here for the full screen maps - just press the Google icon on the left side; so I did make Reuters disappear temporarily. I'll try your suggestion and see if I can make it GO AWAY!

Just tap the maps icon on the side menu and it will go full screen. This works for me.

The second option seems to have worked, the page I couldn't find on the phone (Customize Launcher) showed up on the phone through Android Auto and I got to deselect News and Games - I presume it will be gone when we re-sync. Thanks so much for preservation of my mental health.
