I'm brand new the trucks, what would that suspension setup do? Honestly reminds me of mountain biking suspension

No expert here but pretty sure the outer shock mount has the wrong pivot point for either a push or pull rod set-up. Can’t really tell what is a mount and what is a bell crank.
I was being sarcastic with my first question.
