UPDATE:
So after sitting through the course and hearing lots of what I already knew, I did come away with learning some new stuff.
I knew we wouldnt get SYNC 4. Which I wouldnt care but I have had a good experience with my 21 F-150 having wireless Carplay. I was unaware that Only Lariats can get Sync 3. Realistically it doesnt matter if youre using Carplay, you only miss out on the Voice recognition. I New Ford Navigation is also nice in my F-150, found it hard to believe it wasnt even an option in the Mav.
Its easy to draw comparison to a Ranger but this truck is so much more. I hated the Manual sliding rear window in the Ranger. Especially Crew Cabs, like how am I going to get to this MFr from the driver's seat? Ford stepped up there by making it power. Same goes for the Sunroof. Not an option in ANY Ranger. Being able to get a work grade truck in the XL with a power roof is perfect.
The FLEXBED is much cooler than first glance. I attached a video link to the trainer's explanation. You see all the photos of the 2x4s and 2x6s mounted in it but wasnt impressed. Ive been doing that for years. But the way you can lay a full sheet of wood in the bed and have it supported was cool to see how the tailgate height adjustment pairs with the cutouts in the wheel wells to make a flat surface.

Under seat storage: biggest surprise. I kept hearing how deep it was. He kept referring to being able to fit a "Fully inflated Basketball" in there, so we did(pics attached).Until I saw it in person. Wow!
I have 4 kids. I have always had a full size truck with a flip up bench. My wife has a full size SUV now that we use when we travel. So I can finally have a console! I still need to be able to carry the kiddos here and there. I attached pictures of one of my booster seats with the driver's seat in where Id want it (5'10"). Plenty of room. My F-150 is pictured, for my own reference of how much of a drop in size Ill be doing.
I attached a link (below) to the training we went over. Its very informative and gives good points on all the trims next to one another.
