Ford has this great idea- reduce stock on lots and lets folks order. Then orders cannot be fulfilled, then the dealers add mark-ups…zero communication….agreed this is a shit show. If there was anything on the market to replace it I would have walked long ago, but if the SC works for you by all means buy it.
My order was August 1st, I know now this wait will cost me 3k…and I am still waiting on a build date…but there is nothing out there that even remotely interests me to scrap this order.

I just purchased a lariat lux hybrid from a dealer that was on the lot. There seems to be plenty of Mavericks in my area regularly for sale at msrp. I passed on 2 eco boosts waiting to get a hybrid and i got one. I did order a lariat lux hybrid back in July and that has yet to be scheduled but i got one in my garage and its everything it expected. Perfect for me.
