Hybrid Ford Transit Connect

Anyone else waiting for the next generation Ford Transit Connect? I hear it's going to share a platform with the Maverick and Bronco Sport (C2 platform?), so that means there's a good chance for a hybrid. I love the Mav and have been waiting on an AWD hybrid, but the idea of a small "Maverick van" with room for all my junk plus wife and dogs seems like great option. Unfortunately, I'm having trouble finding any information beyond speculation.

Uhhh yeah we need a 30k AWD van that is liftable. Hell give me the full BS Badlands treatment. Could care less about the hybrid bit unless it came with a powerboost kit. Give me some solar charging capability too and Im game.
