Hybrid (25) noise upon power on

This noise starts when i first start up (power on) the truck. It does seem to dissipate after about a minute. Is the noise and it's level normal? Hard to know what's normal and not with no other vehicle to compare to.

its the A/C unit. It is normal.

It's the electrical AC compressor. Turn off AC and it will stop. NORMAL
