How do you reduce picture size

How do you post a smaller picture in a post.all i see is full image but no way to reduce the size.?

I believe what you might be referring too is the "full size" button when posting a picture. If you do NOT click it, the picture will be smaller. The person viewing the post will have to click on the picture to make it bigger. but if you click on the "full Size" button when posting, it will make it full size. Basically, the default is small when posting pictures. Hope this helps.
