I keep asking, they keep stonewalling me, I'm tired of the hassle, which is what they were hoping we would do. It's the last Ford in my life, bought Wifey a Toyota, I'm holding out for one too.

I'm pretty sure the hotspot removal -$20 was right on the window sticker and reflected in the MSRP. I don't think its something they'll give you separately.

right you are. my sticker clearly shows the $20 subtracted from the total

Vehicles built without the hotspot feature should have had the feature delete denoted on the window sticker with the corresponding $20 credit, as you reference. However, for some period of time, they built vehicles with the hotspot delete yet they did not list it on the window sticker nor provide the $20 credit. Instead, at least some window stickers even continued to show the blurb about activating the hotspot that the vehicle did not contain.

Thus, Special Field Action 23L05 as referenced by op, which purports to provide a $20 refund to compensate for the hotspot delete.

I know this is an old thread. But some current postings have brought it up to date.
