Hood won't open

Anybody having trouble opening their hood on the 2022 Maverick? My hood now pops up on the first pull of the hood release but does nothing on the second pull, therefore it won't open. I can barely get my fingers in under the hood to try and open it somehow but can't accomplish anything. Any advice?

Close and repeat . doesn't open , take to dealer . service rep may know how to open it and make adjustments .

there is some history about the release mechanism being faulty. make an appointment.
