I agree Doug. You will save a lot more on gas costs over the years than a quick flip that automatically triggers paying extra income tax on the profit.

That really depends on how much you sell it for in the flip. A lot of people are using numbers from Carvana to declare the days of selling Mavericks for large profit to be "over" but I am skeptical. Carvana is just one player.
