[Help needed] Will 18X7.5 +45mm fit hybrid without issues?

Looking to order a new set of wheels (Alutec Monster 18x7.5 +45 offset)
Before I pull the trigger, would appreciate any insight to the offset difference.

My concern is fitment with rubbing, if any.

Scratch that, ended up purchasing the Fifteen52 Traverse MX wheels
Will update photos once I get tired and have them mounted
