Has anyone purchased one of the Helm service manuals on USB? I just got one today and unfortunately discovered the drive is blank or defective. I emailed their customer service to see what they are going to do.

Chilton has online access to their manuals. You have to have a library card in most cases but it's free to access. Chilton Library Here is the link to the main page, just scroll down and click Access Through Your Library Access Through Your Library

Update: They sent out a new usb drive and it works. I haven't had a chance to dive into it yet, but I am glad to say they were helpful and quick to send out a replacement.
