Update: They sent out a new usb drive and it works. I haven't had a chance to dive into it yet, but I am glad to say they were helpful and quick to send out a replacement.

Has anyone purchased one of the Helm service manuals on USB? I just got one today and unfortunately discovered the drive is blank or defective. I emailed their customer service to see what they are going to do.

Do these covers help at all with the rattles in the dash?

I got a call from my dealer today and they scheduled someone to come out next week to do the update at my house. I guess they figured out the fix.
