I have been following the forum for several weeks. Looks like there are a lot of good folks with good input contributing to help everyone. I am a soon to be owner of a ‘25 Lariat AWD Hybrid, trifold tonneau, and Azure Gray Metallic Tri-Coat. Placed order on Memorial Day weekend. Order shows built 6/24, shipped on 6/25 with an estimated delivery of 07/12/2025 - 07/18/2025. (Last updated 7/04/25). The original estimate was 7/18/25-7/24/25 and I’m encouraged that it improved but wait guardedly. Wanted to see if anyone has any experience on accuracy of the estimated delivery dates??

Looking forward to be able to post pictures and content contributions once I gain knowledge.

Hello and welcome to MTC. I just hope you have better luck than I have. From my experience and of other posts on this thread sadly, I wouldn't rely on those dates. The good news is, it's on its way so no matter what it will be here or there, soon. Don't let it drop your enthusiasm. Again I hope you have better luck, and all things work out on a timely manner.

You should regard the delivery date more like a guesstimate than an estimate. The rails and transport trucks are not under Ford’s direct control.

In my case, my Maverick sat for a week unloaded in a rail yard parking lot about 20 miles from the dealer. It was waiting on a transport truck to take it the last 20 miles to the dealer.

Mine showed up a week earlier too....same length of time from order to delivery.

Well, trying not to be that 60+ year old brat who it’s sulking because his truck delivery is “late”…but guess what, I am.

Shipped: 6/25/2025
First estimated delivery was: 07/12/2025-07/18/2025
Second estimated delivery was: 07/16/2025-07/22/2025
Third estimated delivery was: 07/18/2025-07/24/2025
Latest estimated delivery is: 07/26/2025-08/01/2025
These dates are from Ford Order Tracking site - anybody know if dealers have better visibility? And if so, how would I request this info?

On a side note, my activities in the forum have taken me back. I’m spending hours going through the forum soaking in as much information as I can. I can’t remember getting this excited about a product and doing all the early product research since around ~2008 on the Samsung Instinct cellphone. It was going to be “the iPhone Killer” (chuckling internally as I wrote that). My cell carrier was Sprint and they did not originally carry iPhones. My kids and wife wanted a full sliding keyboard and Sprint had the Rumor phone that fit their needs. Hence my path of the Instinct was chosen….by the way, I liked the Instinct (loved being able to tweak SW and apps …….hmmmm, reminds me of Forscan.)

Still anxious that it may be a week out.

...in my case, the dates were spot on....then it just showed up. Keep the faith, you've made it this far....

ScottyC, you had it right on the patience. Showed up on lot today (can’t pickup till Monday- they have to process, prep, and clean).
