Hi Will! I am up the hill from you in Park City. You were smart to order BAP, don't let anyone talk you out of it. Brown on blue Lariat interior will not look right with the green tone of CG. And stay with the Lariat because even though Ford will produce twice as many XLTs, that line is a lot longer if 10x the number of people order XLTs.

Here is one of my videos, hope to see you up here sometime!

Hello and thank you! Yeah I wasn’t sure how much I liked the brown on blue so to me the BAP was a no brainer. I really like your Mav! Hope to see you around!

My annual income is 80k, the way I have my 2024 Mav being built it should be 38k with destination and delivery. I’m currently driving a Toyota GR Supra that was 68k out the door. In the two and half years I’ve owned it I have it down to owing just under 45k. So I could sell it for a profit if I wanted to, still on the fence on if I let the Supra go or not…
Do you lend!? lol

You drive a $68k car on $80k/yr income and are buying another $38k vehicle 😲 $25,200 OTD for our XLT hybrid was BY FAR the most we had ever spent on a car and our household income is >4x yours'...different priorities.

We're a bit south in Pleasant Grove. I had seen a grand total of one Maverick in real life when we took delivery in April of last year, but now they are everywhere. You'll love it.

I do, I'm thinking of selling the Supra and taking what I make off the sale, should be 8-10k and my 10k I've got saved and put that down, or if possible buy outright if I have enough when the Mav is finally ready.

Yeah lol, cars are my bad habits XD. I have no kids and have been on and off dating over the past 8-10 years so that leaves me with money others spend on their families. I was saving up to buy a house, I currently rent the basement from my aunt and uncle, but with the market being as crazy as it has been, I'm good with staying renting for now until things calm down. I figure sell the Supra and get a cheaper vehicle that is better on gas then save once more for a home. Like you said different priorities haha.
Hope to see you around in your Maverick!
How was the Hybrid during this last winter?

Update on my Mav, I called and talked with my salesman today after deciding to change my order over to an Eco Boost AWD. My salesman said it was the right move if I wanted my truck sooner than later as he said that projected times for the Hybrid are 8-12 months possibly longer for MY24. I also removed the Trifold Tonneau Cover as he said Ford is having a hard time keeping up with demand, plus looking online I found many, so not gonna hurt saving that extra money lol.
I came to realize that my daily commute into work really wont benefit a ton from the hybrid as its 90 percent highway, plus having AWD here in Utah will serve me better when I go camping and during the winter time.
