fully updated samsung ao3s. it connected to my phone, wouldnt connect to the mav.

I'm just brainstorming here but did you use Android in your truck with a USB cable before trying the MA1? I remember in my previous vehicle, a Kia Sportage, I had to first get Android Auto working with my phone with a cable and then the MA1 worked from that point on. On the Maverick I did the same thing only because I remembered that from the Kia so I never actually tried it in the Maverick without connecting my phone with a USB cable first to basically set up AA. And then from that point it just always worked, it's kind of like an initial set up.

If you did that already then I have no idea but it's weird because I've suggested the MA1 to several people and they all had no issues and love it.

andriod auto works just fine. the m1a1 just didnt like my mav for some reason. so i'll just keep using the cord.

That was just the first thing that came to mind so I thought I'd check. I don't know, I'm guessing you had a defective MA1.

Moto Ma1 is solid.

I used mine for about 6 months with no issues. Moved it to the wifes car and I use an AAWireless adapter as it also supports Apple Carplay, I use both.
