Did a courtesy delivery from Chapman to my local dealer. Did paper work via UPS overnight. Waited for a temp tag to be mailed to local dealer. UPS got it misplaced and ended up waited a bit longer. Now I got the temp tag so I could drive it off the lot tomorrow. Had to work the whole week so Friday is the only day I could pick up. Local fleet dealer only open on week day. Waited 1 year and 10 days for this.

Wow, I've asked for my loan details (mainly the account number so I can link it to my Ford account) and I can't get anyone to help me or call me back. I too did the courtesy delivery, same two dealers as you, and picked my truck up on 10/14...
