I did not know that. Probably an opportunity for the OP to try out an option before buying it...

Nope - lots of people buy 10-20+ bags of fertilizer, etc and could rent from truck or trailer from Home Depot, etc... so Tractor Supply offers trailers to be competitive....they normally only have one trailer to rent for something like $40 a day but it is on a first served basis, which is a hassell.

Perhaps you could check nextdoor, Facebook marketplace or whatever is your neighborhood barter/trade/etc to buy/borrow/mow a yard/etc for using a trailer?
