As above I'm looking for a good place to get a bed cover installed on my 2025 Hybrid XLT. Somewhere that perhaps has a few choices?

Tonneau Cover?

I got a flip back hard tri fold from bison which is fairly well rated but I don’t think the quality is nearly as good as the one Ford sells.

Before looking at options I’d say first figure out if you want a trifold or rolling, and hard vs soft.

Most places that sell will also do a free installation, or do it for a fee.

Bison has a small showroom with small samples inside, you can check them out and compare.

If you want you can check out my Tonneau cover in person.
It's been used for about a year, so that can give you an idea of what a real unit is like after a year of light use.

(I'm in Caledon near Georgetown, and frequently go to the Milton outlets or Square one. DM me if you're interested.)

Go to Bison in Etobicoke and get the flip-up hard trifold tonneau. They install for free, and have the lowest price and an excellent tonneau. Its 1/3 of the price of the Ford-installed one. Bring cash for a better deal. $575 all-in. This is my second one after having one for years on an older Ranger.

Canadian Tire has the trifold soft but Bison sound like a better deal.

Just picked up a Bison tri-flip hard cover for ours last week, at their outlet just west of Pearson (I think it's technically in Brampton not Etobicoke but whatever).
Happy with it so far, including free/almost-instantaneous installation.
There might be a little bit of "you get what you pay for" at work here, but I did not at all feel like paying ~3x as much for some of the other brands on offer. The look and feel of the materials and its operability/action was "good enough" for me.
Bone dry in the bed today after a few rain showers this weekend, and have already run it in 'fully flipped up' mode to move a few big items around. It looks good, and it seems to work well.

Any idea if the Bison cover fits ok with the drop in Ford bedliner which I have on my 24 Hybrid?

Yes it does - sorry I should have mentioned that.
Ours also has the factory drop-in bed liner (whatever comes with the XLT Luxury package) - no issues/interference with the cover.

One more thing - the drop in bed liner covers up the drain ports that exist in the 'naked' truck bed. The Bison (and most others) come with drain tubes to funnel rainwater away (from the rails, I think?) but if it's just plopped straight on there, these will have nowhere to go.
You would need to (and I haven't, yet) remove the drop-in liner, find out where the holes really are, and drill corresponding holes through the sidewalls of the drop in liner for this to work. There are some YouTube videos about this.

good point.
I had installed a TrailFX drop in liner and forgot about those lol.
Now I 'll likely wait until next summer to pull it all apart and back together.
