Got my 2024 xlt tremor, atlas blue.

Its too dark out in my yard to get pictures right now. But, i will go drive it somewhere and get some pictures under lights. i got my tremor today. Atlas blue with the graphics on the hood and side. No options except the tremor package. I had to trade in my 2022 mav xlt with the fx4 option. It had 42,500 miles. I really liked the velocity blue better than the atlas blue, but color isnt everything. I really was planning on selling my 1993 mustang cobra. The cobra decided to quit on me two months ago and is getting fixed instead. I didnt really want to sell the mustang either, but it seemed to make more sense than selling my 2022 mav that i really liked. I could have passed on the 2024 mav tremor. They said they could probably have it sold by end of day to someone else. I ordered on first day for 2024 orders, and i was a rollover tremor order from 2023. The dealer is karl ford, in story city, iowa. i had originally put in an order for a cyber orange xlt ecoboost in 2022, and changed to a tremor for 2023.

So i have some miles on it now, not quite 100. The front brakes dont seem quite as touchy as the 2022 i traded in. Is that something they fixed in 2023, or am i just used to touchy front brakes now? They seem just a little slower, or with more travel. Not like instant stop if you dont have a light touch.

I mean it stops a hell of alot better than anything else I drive, but the brakes feel pretty smooth to me. They also did real well descending mountains offroad. Didnt heat up too much or grab to hard.

Hello Maverickman, did you get the graphics on the hood and below the doors on yours? If so, whats your thoughts on the graphics. Right now, i am thinking of having them removed on the hood. The ones below the doors may stay, they look like they may give some mild rock chip protection.

Wish I could have got the hood/lower door decals. How did you get them? I didn't see it as an option when I ordered my '24 XLT Tremor. The only thing I wish they did was put 245s or 255s on the Tremor. Would have filled out that wheel well a bit nicer and made it look more aggressive with that lift. Very nice truck, congrats!

thanks for the congrats. I'm still a little down about not having two mavs, and no mustang. I thought the graphics was a standard feature, i thought you had to check a delete option to not have the graphics, for no reduction in price. When i ordered

That's a shame about your other vehicles. Personally not sure if I'm trading in my Ranger, doing a private sale or giving it to my S.O....been a great deal of stress for me honestly. I chose my options on the Ford site and sent the build over to my dealer. I never saw an option for the decals to delete or add. My build never showed them in the preview either. I was just guessing they removed them along with other things on the '24s. My theory was Ford removed a lot of options to pump out Mavs a bit quicker.

Nice looking truck. I’ve been really torn on the Atlas Blue color. I love it in 80% of the pictures I see and then I just like it in the other 20%. I had a similar dilemma when my tremor arrived. Big difference for me was I had just bought a fully decked out FX4 locally for nearly the same price only a couple of months before my Tremor came (zero communication from ford or my dealer for the entire 9 months). I ended up passing on my tremor but posts like this always make me think “what could have been”. Enjoy your truck it looks awesome!
