Purchased from @Realtruck during their Black Friday sale. The first delivery had a bent rail due to shipping but RealTruck was quick with shipping the replacement.

Installation was very simple and fitment is pretty good.

Looks good
We have very similar beds. Same tray and tie downs with nothing on the walls. I went with the roll up cover from Ford to burn my points.

If I could do it over I'd go with bed Mat over tray

At first I was leaning towards the bedmat but finding the tray on offerup sealed the deal. Trying my best to keep it simple.

I got a bedmat for mine and hopefully I will pick up the Ford tonneau today and install over the weekend. I found this mat at Rough Country for just under $110 and free shipping(So far I really like it) I like that the tie downs are pre cut vs others I saw out there. And did I mentioned it was $110 only.
