Hey all.

I’m just wondering what everyone’s experiences have been with their trucks at the Gateway Yard in Illinois. I got this as my current location via the railcar and then looked it up. Seems like this is an important location for going onto a truck? I’m not sure, so that’s why I’m asking. Mine is heading to NY, so I’d be surprised if it’s getting on a truck that far away. I’d love to hear what everyone has dealt with. Thanks!

that’s all I heard from dealer. Mine is supposed to be delivered to the dealer here in Rochester,NY 4/6-4/12 and todays the 11. Also heard of some people getting a week early and week late. gl

It's switching lines there so expect delays. Some get through in days; mine spent 2.5 weeks in Illinois before moving on. You will likely not be getting on a truck until it actually gets to NY; you are just seeing the time it takes to switch rail carriers.

I live in Alabama and my Maverick left Mexico on the 26 th of March and cross the border at Nogels AZ on Norfolk-Southern and went all the way to Gateway-Yard and then went to ST Louis and then to Princeton Indiana and then to Selbyville Kentucky and then went to Chattnooga Tenn and arrived in Birmingham on April 10th at 6:50 pm

How are you tracking the progress? I have called the Union Pacific number and get cryptic updates about it being received and pending delivery to "Industry." it just keep saying the same thing for nearly a week. It never mentions the Gateway Yard or any other location. My Salesman tells me the vehicle tracking report shows my truck in Illinois. My truck is on it's way to Selbyville Kentucky to be handing off to the delivery truck.

Try using the other rail lines; some don't update quickly (or at all). From the pinned post:
CSX
1. Call the CSX 1-800-235-2352
2. When prompted for location or weight, press "1" on your phone for location.
3. When prompted for the car initials, say CN (or whatever initials you have) then wait for the next prompt.
4. When prompted for the car number, say 907048 (or whatever your number is)
5. When prompted for next car say DONE.
6. That's it; enjoy your updated status report.

Union Pacific
1. Call UP at 1 800 877-5123 1 800 877-5123
2. Follow phone prompts for Trace
3. Say the railcar number complete and clearly. Example CN123456 all together
4. Listen for your update

NS Norfolk Southern
1. Call 800-635-5768
2. Press 2.
3. Press 2.
4. Enter the letters on the numeric keypad then press #. As in: TTGX will be 8849
5. Enter the numbers then press #. It wasn't taking my voice prompts but typing worked.
