What can the owner look for (can you tell by looking?) to know if CV axle is going bad?

I''m at ~74,500 miles and past 4 years old and am curious about mine.

Clicking noise. Greese behind the wheel (check the CBV boots), vibration when acceleratig and simply cruising.

There was an early batch of 22MY that was not included in the 22MY SSM for extended warranty on the CV axles - like they already got something better.

Maybe that something better was even better than the replacements that came in '24.

I'm betting they used some limited available stock of axles that were way more expensive but only option.

Then moved to cheaper but even worse quality, but available, set later.
Hoping that would see them thru the warranty period.
Until they found new supplier for something beefier. Or it took all the warranty replacements for that occur.

Just realized with your towing - you kinda had a front end lift for decent number of miles.
And yet no problems....

What mfg date for truck?
