I thrive with less organization. It would drive me insane strapping and unstrapping every thing in its little niche! Just the way we are "wired"!! I am also of advanced middle age; even though it is easier in a Mav., I prefer not having to get in the bed to put on straps.

Not me, need my organization. I use the bed often and got tired of moving things around.
If you are talking about the bed liner it was Muslogy for Maverick All Weather Liner. Purchased on Amazon.

Can you still fit full pieces of plywood with side panels installed?

Haven't tried it yet. You do lose a couple of inches. I imagine a slight tilt will fit the sheets in the half-down tailgate position over the wheel wells.
