FordPass Points advice needed - how to purchase?

Hey all - I've got that magical 42000 points sitting there and I want to grab the hood deflector. However no matter how I try online to order 'using points' it always defaults to entering a credit card, so I haven't clicked that submit button yet. What's the secret on only using points for the purchase? Shipping or pickup, same thing happens, and I don't want to click it only to find no points got used and I paid entirely by CC.

I can't answer about the official Ford Accessories shop, as I purchased my parts from

They offer a discount to the 'official' prices and they accept the points - you just send them an email with the parts you want and they'll get back to you with a quote and tell you how to use the parts. It was super easy and their prices were a good discount - I saved almost ~20% on the part I bought... They were super fast too!

call your local ford dealer have them order it and use your points

I had to go to the parts department of my local dealer to use my points.
