FordPass for navigation

Hi folks, apologies if this has been covered previously. (I did a quick search and didn’t see anything addressing it.) I recently hit one year on my 25 hybrid Lariat. Now when I try to enter a destination on the Nav, I get a message saying that I need to add the feature. I guess it’s because my trial subscription has expired? I’m about to go into the dealer for the first oil change, and I’d like to know whether to ask them about it. Thanks!

Or.... use Google Maps thru your cell phone, Android Auto, or Car Play.

We personally just use Google Maps on our phone and BT any turning instructions and Music to SYNC without any Apps connected.

Agree.
Of course, my 2024 XLT does not have built-in navigation in my Sync 3, so Google or Apple Maps through CarPlay is my only option. Works great as long as I have cell coverage on my phone.
