I get that communication is horrible in large companies, this is why I NEVER trust what a dealership says. One can reasonably assume that no dealership would ever have any reason to TRUST anything you say. Makes for an impossible relationship. If you have yet to take delivery of your Maverick, it would be best to cancel your order a soon as possible.
