I recently purchased the bed mat using my Ford Pass Point from the dealership because the website shows it out of stock. When I got home and check the receipt/invoice it looks like they charged me the installation fee.
Is this normal when ordering through the dealership instead of the website?
Has anyone ever tried to get points credited back and what was that process like?
