ford pass points missing

tried to order floor mats at the dealer, and my points were missing. Says I redeemed them 10 days after I bought my truck for " Switch to Maintenance Plan" which literally has nothing on google.

Anybody else get this?

Your dealer may have "helpfully" converted them to some oil changes for you.

Mine took a few days to hit my account. Maybe a week. Then they disappeared instantly as I used them for a tonneau cover. Once I bought something else—mudflaps, touch up paint, and the tailgate assist I think—I saw new points hit my account the next day.

Call your sales person, they will be able to track the activity on your account. He will also be able to show you if you signed for some kind of service plan when you did your paperwork.

Yeah. I contacted fordpass and somehow the dealer got ahold of them for a new package. contacting the dealer now. Rip floor mats,

I mean I bought the service plan, but was charged handsomly for it in cash. Why they would add $210 10 days after is sketchy

Not sketchy until you talk to someone. If they can't explain the charge than that is shady, if they have a reason for it and can explain it than that is another story. Not everyone is out to scam you, just ask.
