Ford Mud Flaps Installed

I realized on a gravel road the other day that I never considered how great my wildpeaks would be at flinging rocks. So I used my leftover fordpass points on some of the oem mudflaps (splashguards?) and installed them tonight. They might have to grow on me aesthetically but the price was definitely right.

They look similar to the Weather Tech splash guards that I have on mine.

I added the Muslogy to mine. Under 50 bucks for front and rear set. They reached out to me after I ordered on Amazon to supply the updated 3m tape for installation. They look good to me and were easy to install with great customer service. Only installed for a couple of weeks but so far very happy with them.

The OEM Ford ones can potentially dig into your paint where it contacts the truck .Search this forum for examples.. it happened to me and I brought it to the dealer where they 3M'd any contact points for free

Now they are considered "Paint Savers"
The paint on Mavericks is very thin (several posts on this forum about it). So I felt it's a necessary evil.

I put rokblokz on mine and they are great. I didn't go the OEM or Musology route because of the fender overlap that actually scratches and wears down the pain under them. OEM also have that weird bracket on one side that IIRC requires drilling a hole.

They are a bit pricey, but very well made, look clean, and install with one bolt and two body clips that use holes already there for the wheel well liner.
