On a lark, I did a chat to check my order status. I was really excited, for a few seconds...

Thank you for providing the requested information I’ve checked your order status and I see that your vehicle order status is as follows: In Production. When an order is "In Production," it is being manufactured at one of our factories. Once you have your VIN from the dealer, you can start tracking your vehicle order at: https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking
