I have tried to get the chat to work countless times. Can someone help a brother out? I have clicked on Chat & Sync at least 500 times and scoured the internet to no avail. Thanks in advance!

I was able to figure it out and I consider everything invented after the toaster high tech. Nobody has less computer skills than me. Just keep trying. You will get it.

What happened when you clicked on the Chat & Sync icon? All it does for me is scroll down the page and show me the times it's available. I've attached screenshots of what I'm seeing.

I think I know where you are getting hung up in their system. It happens to me every time. Near the last step, it asks what category you are contacting them about. When you click on the box, nothing happens. Leave the box empty and hit submit. It will bring you back to choose again. Press that empty box again about 6 or 7 times. Then it finally gives you two choices. I always pick the top one and then it gets you through. Don’t do anything once it tells you your wait time to reach a rep. I use an Apple phone 7, not a computer. Hope I have helped a bit.

Under the chat hours, there is a rectangle that says Start Chatting.

Yeah something screwed up for me. Might be because I'm in Germany. Check out my screenshots. I guess I'll have to call. Thanks for the tip!

You could just call them. I call about two-thirds of the time and use the chat about one-third. It is always the same info., no build date yet.

Good to know. I used ExpressVPN but who knows. Sometimes it's good other times not so much. I'll bounce around and maybe I'll get lucky.
On a separate note, did you order through MAS??

Originally I was going to have mine sent out here but my October order isn't going to get in before I head back to the States so now I'm having it sent to my wife's family.
The painful thing is there have been at least 6 delivered to Ramstein in the last month and a half. It hurts lol.
