How do you function in today's world without an email? I recently had to fill out medical papers for an upcoming appointment. I "called" the office which took forever for a return call since NO ONE answers the phone, messages only. When they finally called they said they would email me the 6 different forms I needed to fill out and then email back. I asked if they could mail the forms or if I could fill them out at the office. NOPE. They have no paper forms at the office, all electronic, and they must be filled out before the appointment is scheduled. This is a University hospital specialist that only accepts SOME referrals. So I had to relent and do it via email.
