I took delivery of my first Maverick on 01/03 2022. the first song I listened to was Road to Nowhere - Talking Heads. Tomorrow I take delivery of number 2. The first song I will play is Turn the Page - Bob Seger, followed by Ride On - AC/DC.

I have a thing when I purchase a new vehicle. I like to listen to a song of special importance to the purchase or vehicle type.

My first car was a 1998 Toyota Camry in 2009. I listened to Summer of ’69 in honor of all the freedom I felt.

My next car was a 2017 Chevy Cruze. It was black on black and named it Betty. So Black Betty was the song. Bonus: here's a fun cover.

For my Maverick I found a sweet cover of Take Me Home, Country Roads. I'm near-ish to the Blue Ridge mountains, so it fit.
