So, this guy is somewhere between a lone voice of reason and a professional internet troll.

I watched some of his first video on the Maverick and sat shaking my head through most of it. He keeps pumping out "Maverick diss" videos, and I think he's trying to capitalize on the popularity of the Maverick by posting bad hot takes in order to drive traffic to his channel.

I could be wrong, and I'm open minded...but not open minded enough to give him anymore views from my account.

Has anybody else watched his videos? Does he have valid points, or is he banking on drawing the ire of Maverick fans by trolling them.

I'm just curious if anybody knows. This is is probably in the category of "is it Thursday, yet," but I wondered what others on the forum thought.

I made it through three minutes of one of his vids and turned it off.

1) Are you trying to drive more traffic to him, as that's what bringing someone up does?
2) He only has 1.2K subscribers, that's a really tiny audience by youtube standards.

Major youtubers like TheStraightPipes have ~1.4 million subscribers.

We watched about 5 minutes of his recent one tonight, and it seemed to be low budget clickbait, full of unverified conjecture. We backed right out of it and then ate Oreos to remind ourselves of the good things in the universe.

I watched about 2 or 3 minutes of one of his videos after it came up in my recommendations. Nope. Backed out and selected do not recommend this channel. YouTube has more than its fair share of worthless videos.

He is a Troll....I watched 2 minutes and turned him off

I saw his first video because I wanted to see anything Maverick related. I thought it was awful, and told him so in the comments. I haven't watched another one.

The algorithm is irritating, because I KEEP seeing his crap pop up in my suggested videos, and I blocked his channel...or thought I did.

Yes I watched it last week, the second version. I told him to shorten it to 5 minutes or get rid of it and save his reputation. He also has "Beware" in the title. As if he has something big to reveal it was so ridiculous. Not because it was anti Maverick, but because it had zero merit and droned on. I think you just likes watching himself on YouTube and it gives him a reason to make a video.

Must be one of those channels that are equivalent to most low-buck production films, lacking quality and subsistence.

Probably banking on larger truck owners getting a kick out of bashing a smaller vehicle also. Figured it was all click bait so haven't bothered to watch any of his videos.
