I ordered my XL AWD on 1/6 and it was delivered to the dealer on 5/27. I am very happy with it and I have received a lot of compliments. My mods so far are:

Yeah, they were cheap but someone on the forum said they sounded decent and the reviews were not bad. To be honest, I’m not sure that I’lll even do the back. All that interconnected trim makes me nervous in terms of breakage. I’ll start with the fronts, add a powered sub and see how it sounds. My hearing has gotten so bad over the years that even the stock sound system doesn’t sound as bad as I thought it would.
