    First step is to call your dealer and ask them to give you the rail car number from their vehicle visibility report. You will use that to track using a phone menu. Those instructions are on the trackers tab on this forum site.

    Like you- I contacted Ford.com via their website chat, on a lark. Imagine my surprise when after almost a year of waiting (my order date was 29 Dec 2021) based on my order number and dealer name, she came back with my VIN, build week 3 Oct and ETA of 19 Nov. (Lariat LUX, C360)
