I have no idea. I suppose they need a full railcar or many before it moves. hoping within a month. I ordered mine in Florida and have since moved to Colorado. I got the Colorado dealer talking to the Florida dealer to get it transferred here. Even with the $1000 fee for a "Courtesy Delivery" I'm still ahead of the game. Regards
They will wait until they have enough of a revenue load before leaving the rail yard. My truck sat for three days in Buffalo, NY Rail Yard before the size of the load warranted leaving for the transfer yard in Mass.

The West Brookfield, MA auto transfer yard is the furthest away from Hermosillo of any yard in the lower 48 states. If it arrives on time on Sept. 9 it will be 15 days by rail. I would think FLA would be much less than that maybe a week or so.

Update: So I get a Ford email this morning saying it's been shipped so I let my sales guy in Florida know and now he tells me they couldn't change the delivery location and it's going to Florida. After all this time. He told me 5 months ago they could change the delivery location. Now my options are:
1. Walk away. Get my $500 back
2. Drive my Ranger ( the trade in) to Florida and drive the Maverick back at much expense.
3. Sell the Ranger here and fly to Florida and drive the Maverick back to Colorado at slightly less expense.
Tim if you are listening. What's the deal on changing a delivery location.
Any feedback will be appreciated. Regards

Like everyone else, I’ve been waiting fairly patiently then they got me with the “in production” notice last week then this afternoon I got the “Built” notification on my tracker. So, half joking question…is this the halfway mark? Lol
Only time will tell! I'm glad you got a 2023, and didn't have to settle for a 2024.

If you want the Maverick and your situation allows for the time, get a flight and go get it.
You’ll always do better selling yourself thn trading in, and if you want to do it fast, sell for what you expect the trade-in will be.

Leave that dealer in your rear view mirror. Don’t give them the chance to make an up charge on your truck by letting them sell it. That would amount to rewarding them for being a poor dealer.

My MY23 Maverick XLT Hybrid was built yesterday 9/8/2023.

The tracker shows built but no confirmation email from Ford yet.

I expect delivery by 9/25 as my MY22 Maverick only took 14 days from shipped to delivery.

Ford Maverick Finally got some news today! Built 2023-09-08
