After 560 days of waiting, I finally got my school bus and yet somehow, either in miscommunication with myself and the dealer, my Lariat Lux Hybrid failed to include Adaptive Cruise Control. Looks like I forgot to check the box below co-pilot360 to include another box that said co-pilot 360+ assist? I don't even remember that being an option when I first ordered.

Not to be a diva but it's a super important feature for me due to frequent long commutes.

Annnnywho, I know it's a moonshot, but if anyone would be interested in possibly trading for a similar vehicle with Adaptive Cruise, I'd seriously consider it. I'd be willing to pay up to an additional $1500 for the exchange (based on your mileage). I literally just picked it up, I think I've put maybe 200 miles on it so far. I'm around the Philadelphia Suburbs for reference.

Thanks for your time!

Saw a thread that for $600 in parts, some work of putting a radar on the grill, module under the dash, and replace the left side steering wheel buttons, and programming with FORSCAN you could add it on. Dealer will refuse the work, and Ford would never officially recognize the option on the truck.

And you're not crazy- it was an extra add-on for 2023 but for 2022 orders it was part of the Luxury+360package. I am in the same boat. :(

Ugh I'm so sorry, just a bit crestfallen after all of that. I'd trade this in for another hybrid so long as it has adaptive cruise. Thanks for the suggestion, I'll try and take a look into that .

Adaptive cruise was the only reason I bought a Lariat Lux a 22 model. I can see how this could be missed.

I didn't think it would be a big deal until a couple years ago we went to visit family and drove an Audi SUV and Kia Sorento which both had it. Amazing!!!!

I definitely want to install it eventually, but they also left off the premium audio and hitch on ours, and those are "easier" to install so may be first.

In the same boat! Emailed my dealer months ago to add it after I caught that it was missed. Got my build email today, not on there.

Same thing happened here. Waited 550 days specifically because I wanted ACC. When the dealer updated from 2022 to 2023 (done on a phone call) he didn't check the box to include the Assist. He sent me a copy of the revised order and I didn't look for the addition of Assist. I didn't realize it was a necessary add to get the ACC. Told him to replicate the 2022 order. I noticed it a couple days after he submitted it and noticed it was missing. When I called him, he asked if I read the order he sent. I had to admit that I missed it.

Got 2000 miles on it and I really miss the ACC.
