It's a two part epoxy with specks . . . easy to apply. 15 years old now. Tough as nails.

So this was a do it yourself job I take it. I know I've seen a few different brands advertised over the years but really haven't looked into it much further. I do know your garage floor looks a lot nicer than mine though and I have fairly new cement, lol.

It was called Epoxy-Coat. I cleaned and etched the concrete first. It's a bit of work but putting it down was fun, especially flinging the color specks. You can walk in it wet with golf shoe cleat attachments on your boots or whatever. Super easy clean. Park two trucks on it every night.

Did you have the Front Wheel Drive Hybrid before. Can you contrast and compare the handling? Been wanting an AWD to get rid of the dreaded FWD burnouts when having to enter traffic quickly.

Pulsar XP. It's a kit aircraft, two place, 150MPH I built in the nineties. Gross weight of 1100. A little smaller than your 172!

Did you have the Front Wheel Drive Hybrid before. Can you contrast and compare the handling? Been wanting an AWD to get rid of the dreaded FWD burnouts when having to enter traffic quickly.

Your truck looks great in Velocity Blue. That was my first order in 2021. Took until late 2023 to actually get delivery!!! By then they no longer offered Velocity Blue and I took Atlas Blue.

When I test drove the Mavericks the 2.0L EcoBoost was downright sporty! The Lobo is basically a Focus RS with a more useful body.

Diving back and forth to the airport, the 23 Lariat Hybrid has a lifetime average of 45.7 MPG. So that truck has knocked it out of the park as a commuter vehicle. But the Front Wheel Drive dynamics have never been satisfying.

Airplane wise, Airbus 320 driver with 1/2 ownership of an A36 and 1/4 of a 79 Grumman Tiger. Can hold the 350, but can not hold the schedules I'd like yet.

Excellent. We restore antique airplanes at KRHP and a lot of our customers are former commercial pilots.
