Exterior Lights When Doors Open

Hello,

I have a 2023 XLT maverick with the luxury package. I was wondering is there a way to turn off the bed light and third brake light when opening the doors?

Remove the bulbs and your problem will disappear.

There are settings (steering wheel controls, not the infotainment screen) to control how long they stay on, cannot remember if one of them is for them to not come on though.
