I just "ran" the base part for a headlamp assembly on my sons ESP Premium plan, which has light coverage. The base part is 13008, and shows it covered by this ESP plan through Ford. I ran it at an "out of bumper to bumper " mileage of 56000 just to make sure it didn't come up as covered by the bumper to bumper warranty by mistake. Long story short, YES the headlamp assembly itself is covered if you are sold the proper ESP plan. This does not cover damage obviously as even 3/36 bumper to bumper does not either, but if the l.e.d. lighting or internal wire harness in that assembly were to fail outside of bumper to bumper( neither of these items are serviced separately from the 13008 assembly) it would be covered. But are "bulbs" different than "headlamp assemblies"?
